PAYMENTS/Cancellations/Late Attendance, Missing Session Policy

Payment is required 24 hours before the session.

it is appreciated that late attendance and situations can occur at Healing with Jade; life happens! So, there will be a 15-minute grace period at the beginning of each session. The session will still finish at the allocated time. After the grace period has ended, if I haven't heard from you, I’ll contact you to reschedule. 

I ask that at least 24 hours' notice is given for cancellation or re-scheduling. This can be done using either email: bookings@healingwithjade.co.uk or alternatively Mobile call or text: 07594326074. The full session fee will be charged if a cancellation is made in less than 24 hours, or the session is missed without hearing from you. If I can’t attend and payment has been made, a full refund will be issued back to you, and I will contact you to rearrange.
